One of a kind reworked vintage coral and nautilus shell jewellery set

This is an elegant one of a kind set comprising of a pair of earrings and necklace. I made both pieces using a stash of vintage pinky-coral coloured genuine coral beads and coordinating vintage nautilus shells. The nautilus shells on the earrings are simple shells are the natural shells, while the shell on the necklace has been filled with resin on the back - please see photos.

I finished the pieces with 24 carat gold plated findings and signature Shh by Sadie tag.

Wear them together and separately - the colour of the coral is super flattering and they are beautiful statement pieces. And the best thing is that not only are they sustainable because they are made from reused materials, they are also one of a kind and so you will never see anyone else wearing them!

Pink teardrop pearl earrings

An elegant, limited edition pair of beautiful large teardrop pink pearl earrings.

I have made these stunning pearl earrings from a small stash of shimmering pink shell pearls that I purchased. The pearls are absolutely beautiful quality, shell pearls - shell pearls are made of the same substance as pearls (nacre), but have been made by hand and so there is more versatility with colour, shape and size. I have combined the pink teardrop shape shell pearls with smaller, genuine freshwater pearls, each one wrapped with wire and attached individually by hand.

I have finished the earrings with silver plated chain and earring hooks.

These earrings are elegant and timeless and will be the perfect earring for almost any occasion.

Beautiful rare pink Victorian Maireener shell necklace

I bought this beautiful pink Maireener shell necklace as a broken piece and have restrung it, using its original clasp so that it can be worn and loved once more.

These delicate Maireener shell necklaces have been painstakingly made by Tasmanian Aboriginal women for hundreds of years. Each tiny, shimmering shell is collected, cleaned, and drilled by hand. These antique necklaces are treasured, and I am thrilled to be able to offer this necklace so that it can be loved, treasured and enjoyed once again.

This necklace is a string of beautiful, shimmering pink shells and will make a wonderful addition to any jewellery collection :-)

Art Deco faux tortoiseshell cuff bangle

If you follow me on Instagram (or know me IRL), you’ll know I have a penchant for vintage and antique snake jewellery! I was thrilled to discover this beautiful piece recently at the Shepton Flea Market.

Circa 1920s, this is an early plastic, faux tortoiseshell snake bangle or cuff. It is sleek, simple and elegant.

The silhouette is simultaneously instantly recognisable as a serpent, and incredibly minimalist.

It's an elegant, Art Deco piece and the perfect addition to any snake lover's jewellery collection.

It is available on my Etsy shop, amongst dozens of other hand picked vintage treasures!
